Fall Overall Trends I Love!
It is already November 1st and this year has flown by! Next up is Thanksgiving and Christmas my absolute favorite time of the year. Mostly because I am surrounded by family, friends and the best food. I have been loving the Fall Trends this year, and finally bought an overall dress (obsessively wearing it on repeat). It is so cute and fun and would make a great thanksgiving outfit.
I wore this outfit to a little Farmers Market in St. Augustine Fl called Rype and Readi!
The Farmers market is SO cute, they had pumpkins in every size, shape and color. Along with fruits, vegetables, wild animals, eggs, LOCAL HONEY (clearly my fav) and so much more. I highly recommend stopping by if you are ever in the area. Not only was this location so cute and fun, it was the perfect photo shoot location. I met up with the talented Shelby of Shelby Williams Photography and took such fun photos in my Fall Themed outfit.

Why I love Rompers
Happy Monday and welcome back to the Blog! Here in Florida it has been in the upper 90’s for the past week and I could not be more happy that Summer is officially here. Out of all the styles that are out there this summer, I wanted to write a little post about why I love rompers specifically. If you aren’t sold on the whole romper look yet, you just might be when you finish reading!
Reason #1
Wearing a romper means you only have to wear one thing. You do not have to put on pants and a top, or a skirt and a top, you can just slip on into the romper. It is an effortless look, and you literally just have to throw it on and go.
Reason #2
I love rompers because you can dress them up or dress them down, making them the most versatile summer piece in your summer wardrobe. Add a pair of heels or wedges and you are all set to go to a special occasion. Or throw on some sandals and take a walk on the beach.
Reason #3
You can choose pattern or plain. Rompers come in all shapes, sizes, colors and prints. There is a romper out there for every type of girl.
Reason #4
If you are tall, like me, summer dresses can become a little short. Or even one breeze of summer wind and your suddenly embarrassingly trying to hold down your dress. I love rompers because they have the cute look of the dress, but are shorts. SO no accidental flashing!
Reason #5
You can sit criss cross apple sauce in them.. enough said.
Reason #6
There is an acceptable romper for anyone. I have seen rompers that are too short, just long enough, and even modest in length. I believe that rompers are super comfy, and provide a look that everyone can enjoy.
Reason #7
They are figure flattering. You may just be having one of those days, where your jeans are too tight or something does not fit right. With a romper, I feel confident no matter what my mood is.
I may have a slight romper obsession, and my all time Favorite rompers are Off the Shoulder.

Florals: The Staple for Summer
Whether you are working all summer, attending college classes, tripping with your Bff’s or everything in between it is important to keep your summer wardrobe Instagram worthy. I am going to share some budget friendly styles for Summer, including my favorite florals of course. I found an incredibly cute red floral dress this past weekend, and it is perfect for any occasion.
I love finding dresses like this one because of the versatility. I can pair it with sandals for a casual day, wedges for an event or barefoot on the sand at a resort. You really can’t go wrong with florals and a bright color!

Floral meets Denim ft. Maisa’s House of Fashion
Hi there, and Happy Tuesday! I am going on a Savannah (GA) girls trip for my friends Birthday and wanted to share one of the cutest dresses that I will be bringing in my bag! The dress is from Maisa’s House of Fashion and is the perfect combination of Floral and Denim. It is not actually denim, but very similar in color while being SO soft. I love it because I can dress it up with heels, or keep it simple for strolling around Savannah in sandals.
I love the look of denim dresses, but with this summer heat (especially in FL) you can’t go wrong with this dress. It is breathable, and super comfy! I may even wear it on the Savannah Slow Ride (I have never been on one of these, but the Birthday Girl insisted on it) I am so excited to enjoy a nice, long 3 day weekend with my girls.

Bride Vibes
Happy Monday! It is finally June, and I have just about 8 months until my big day. There are so many fun things that go into wedding planning so I thought I would make a fun post sharing some things that only Bride’s understand. Whether you are already married, or on your journey to saying “I Do”, you can relate to the following:
- You can insist that your girls come on a shopping trip with you (for the dress) but only so they can sit there and watch YOU try on clothes, LOL.
- Your dream wedding will remain a dream if you do not put Pinterest down and be reasonable. Pinterest is great for grabbing ideas in the beginning of the process, but stay off Pinterest once you start making final decisions.
- You should not DIY everything, major headache.
- You will not be able to walk the entire day in 5 inch heels, so choose comfort.
- Everyone will have an opinion or advice on your wedding, and not all of them will be kind or helpful. It is your day, so make sure you do it your way. (Within reason)
- Your heart will feel like it is about to burst.
- The font on the Save the Dates..needs to match the invitations, and the wedding signage, and the seating chart, and…. do not sweat the SMALL things.
- To do a first look or not?
- Hair up, no hair down, how about a half up half down?
- I will not go over budget (REPEAT 20 times throughout planning)
- Flowers are how much?
- Constantly saying “my wedding” instead of our wedding to your Fiance. (oops, personal truth! Joseph always corrects me, it is OUR day after all).
- Your “Day Of Planner” is like an angel on earth, sent to save your wedding day from any and all imperfections. (More details on my amazing Wedding Planner later on the blog)
I have been really loving the wedding planning process, mostly because my mom is so involved and helps plan every detail. She is constantly making appointments for me to meet vendors, working with the planner, and just being awesome. I could not do it alone, and it is so nice having someone who is listening to what you want for your big day.
Another fun part of wedding planning and being a bride, is being able to wear things that say your future last name or Bride! I have been loving this super soft tee from the cutest Etsy Shop!
